Rejtana Park in Łódź – a forgotten cemetery hidden beneath the ivy

I found Rejtana Park almost by accident while staying in Łódź. I wasn't looking for it, and I certainly didn't expect to find a place that would leave me thinking about it long after I had walked away.

At first, what caught my attention was how quiet it felt. The park is quite dark and heavily overgrown, with ivy covering large parts of the ground and climbing through the trees. There is something slightly mysterious about it. You can hear the city around you, but once you step inside, it feels strangely separate from it.
